Your Partner in Practice

I started Practice Continuity Partners to help fill a much needed gap in the coaching world, inspired by a similar gap in the clinical world. I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and for most of my career, I’ve heard talk of professional wills and planning for the unexpected. But too many therapists avoid making one. It’s too complicated, too confusing, and the big one - who on earth could I possibly burden with closing down my practice should the worst happen.

I started thinking about building something for clinicians - see our sister service, Clinical Continuity Partners. And then I began wondering what coaches and wellness practitioners have in place to prepare for something like this - and the answer was almost nothing. Certification bodies like ICF gesture at it. Others don't mention it at all. Coaches, despite building real, trusted relationships with real clients, had nothing built for them.

Practice Continuity Partners exists to close that gap. Not with a stack of legal paperwork or a compliance department, but with something coaches can actually set up in just 30 minutes: a clear plan, a trusted contact who knows what to do, and a system that makes sure your clients are never just left in silence.

In fact, as I was building this service, I saw a post on Facebook where a clinician shared she had just suffered a medical emergency and didn’t know how to tell her clients she was unavailable. I thought, “This is exactly why I’m building this. This exact scenario”.

You've built something real. It deserves a real plan - and so do the people who trust you with theirs. And we’re here to help give you peace of mind.
